What a breakfast -- gourmet does not quite explain it and the word delicious lacks just a bit in describing the real experience; we had freshly ground coffee and fresh fruit and cold fresh orange juice, followed by tortillas to accompany mushroom omelettes that were simply beyond compare -- the palate could not ask for more, and it was all prepared by chef Estela, who absolutely makes mornings the greatest way to start eating for the day... the food was so consistently good that it gave new meaning to waking up each day.
